I just remembered why I hate Wolverine in this game.

Oddly enough, I don't remember Jean in this game

woverine vs bobby because he beat rogue

gave me a chuckle

and i also hate wolverine iceman would have beat him easily

Minus the the crazed attack Cyclops layed on Storm, she wooped his a$$ until he beat her. And Iceman, WOW. He had some pretty sweet special moves, if not, the best special move. And he kicked Rpgues butt! But Wolverine MURDERED him.

I liked seeing that Jean in action even though she completely sucked, I bet she'd have been a great playable if she was planned for the game.

I so totally agree, I always wondered why they put some nasty chars like Marrow into the game and not someone like Jean in her stead.

And those fights were so crappy... thanks to Ororo I was able to finish Street Fighter vs X-Men with all the chars, she can be quite a power if handled correctly. Also, if that was the blue team... why wasn't Betsy on it?

Jean wasn't too much of an 'actiony" person for me. I'd probably just use her powers most of the time. But I'd love to test her out, even though your right S7ilver, she did suck. But I'd so stomp some major ass with Iceman.

I also wanted to see the Invisible Woman, or the Thing, or Human Torch in those Marvel vs Capcom games... wonder why they never used any of the FF

Ive played as Jean and she really isnt htat good. I dont beleive she's complete and doesnt have much moves. Havok is out there and he's pretty fun to play as and has some cool moves. They even have X-man, but like Jean, he's incomplete

OMG, that totally brought back memories. I still say the funniest most coolest 2-d fighter was Marvel vs Capcom 2.

But anyway, I remember how Storm was a hated character cause she had an unlimited unbreakable combo. Wolverine was quick button-masher. Cyclops sounded like a prick and people always thought he said "Jesus H. Christ." Iceman was a power house, and Rogue was well balanced. Jean wasn't a good fighter nor was she played alot, so she wasn't carried on in Capcom's Marvel games. I think she only had one other appereance.

Somebody wasn't using storm correctly, they keeped flying and using lightning attack way to much, and all colossus did was a couple of kicks and got flooded.

Wolverine was BRUTAL. He attacked so fast, bye bye Iceman

Yeah, but hands down, Cyclops was the best mid-range fighter in the game. Everything for him was right down the middle, from his attack power to speed. Plus his range was unrivalled. He was the only one I could use to beat Magneto with a Perfect every single time.

I almost forgot about him. For a minute there I thought Storm was gonna win (seeing as for a moment, she had the upper hand), but Cyke turned on her surprisingly.

Yeah. The thing with him is that his double jump can take him clear over the top of the screen if timed right, and his "Gene Splice" attack could be juggled so that if you had your foe cornered, you could continually use that attack until the foe is dazed. Which was my strategy for Magneto. Once he got to flying and throwing those blasts down, I would dash underneath him and Gene Splice juggle him until he was dazed and my X-Power Gauge was fill. One Hyper Blast and he was KO'd, and I was unhurt.

If you kept doing storm's typhoon no one would be able to beat her. I went straight through the game with that one attack.

I could not stop laughing at what Wolverine did to Colossus....he was just Useless in that fight he didn't even get a clean hit at all...Wolverine ran Circles around him...and what made even more funny was wolverine said.."Rookie"..LMAO....Jean at least put a little fight but she was no use either....LOL
