Dont think il watch the 3rd trailer IF there is one, the recent international trailer was more than enough. Infact cant remember the last trailer 3 of any CBM that didnt spoil action heavy scenes.

Agree to disagree. I thought Halle did fine in those 2 X-men films, especially X2. I’ll give you the accent though, and I’m glad it was dropped.

Dropping the accent was fine. They did it with Wanda and no one really complained.

I guess two decades into the series is better than never.

They clearly worked together as a team in X-MEN, even with Wolverine.

I think he probably means they're going to be working as a team/family unit with a more creative use of powers the way people have wanted to see, as has often been depicted in the comics.

Everything i mention from the final traileris all true 200 % all true....therecare 2 different version of the trailers.....the one is a prior from all the xmen movies and then jumping on to the younger cast saying they're face they're greatest nemusis somthing like that and ends with jean all phoenix..........the other version begins more with that rescue space mission and how jean becomes phoenix..... u wil see storm trows the lightning at her at her childhood home comfronting...more of jessica playing the villain thing....more of that train fight and u getto see how each characters are fighting in it and how jean sacrefice herzelf and see the phoenix bird...... this is all true i get to know everything before u guys and twitter......watch and see how i wil win....and they want it with evengers end game in cinemas...so it could drop abit before evengers...... this is 100000% all true

I feel like that would be over complicating things. You don't need to make a big celebration out of it. The movie in itself should do that.

They didn't over complicate it with a big celebration for Logan with jackman because that wasn't what it was about.

There’s a lot we haven’t seen but I still think the International Trailer should have been the final trailer. I am excited for that Phoenix **** though. J saw a very very rough WIP of it so I barely have seen what it will end up being.

If the tracking of the movie isn’t very good, come closer to the release date, Kinberg might have to do things that Logan didn’t have to do (like someone else said: selling this like a celebration/culmination of the franchise). Kinberg might also have to spoil things in promos to get people actually excited. We might just learn who Chastain is playing (if anyone). If that “twist” that the previous premise of the movie is still in play, Kinberg might very well strongly hint at it in interviews.

Her alien nature will be enough for some people.

I think the real identity or appearance of JC's character will not be revealed in the trailer, she's an alien, so basically she has a different look and I think this will be the "secret" of the movie.

If the box office tracking for this movie isn’t good, Kinberg has no choice but to spoil all those things. That’s why I mentioned potentially spoiling Chastain’s character or final form in trailers, if not in interviews.

It might not be part of Kinberg’s plans now but plans change. See Singer and Kinberg showing the second costumes of the X-men in the Danger Room sequence from Apocalypse. Apocalypse wasn’t tracking well then either, so that forced their hands.

Got a longer #DarkPhoenix trailer peek and it’s really shaping up more and more as a solid flick. Lots more focus on action and Jean Grey’s embrace of her powers. They are calling it a proper send off to their Fox X-Men series. #CinemaCon
