Sequels X-Men - First Class Villain suggestions

Who should the prequel x-men (if that is what the film will be hopefully it will) have to fight?

I just want to see some damn Sentinels!

Personally I`d say keep magneto out of it a while. I mean he dominated the first 3 films and is gonna have his own prequel which will prob be a lead into the X-Men - First Class films so leave him out of it a while.

Sentinels are good but I wouldn`t personally waste them on the first movie.

I`d go with Juggernaut. I know he was in X-Men 3 but they could just tweak things like they have tweaked sabretooth for the wolvie pic. Have that although noone mentioned it in X3 he actually is Xavier`s step brother and that they had met him before. Maybe keep Vinnie Jones in the role, he`s quite a good actor its just they mishandled his role just like everyone else in X3. Have an hour of build up where the X-Men train and prepare while Juggy smashes up anthing in his way as he heads for the x-mansion. Then the last half hour is non-stop fighting where the X-Men battle to protect the professor from being crushed like a bug by Juggernaut.

I personally would love to see the Hellfire Club or Sinister but no Magneto...he should be eluded to but actually in the movie. I would like the series to build up to maybe Apocalypse. But if its a reboot then maybe Sinister and Krakoa.

The Sentinels. If they are handled the way they were going to be handled in X2 I think they could work. Obviously we'd need another villain, someone who has control of them. But don't make them involved with the government and actually running the streets (because that wouldn't make sense in continuity with the other films).

I think a Magneto-less brotherhood could work. Run by Mystique with Magneto obviously pulling the strings off screen.

I want Magneto though. I want to see how the X-Men themselves first met Magneto, see their first true fight against Magneto.

I wouldn't mind a new never before used villain, but I definitely hope this would be successful enough to merit a sequel so we can see that on film.

Then we might have problems dealing with the series being "too cartoony" and not having a serious enough villain. It should probably be Magneto just to give the battle between the X-Men and their opponent some weight to it, but on the other hand it probably wouldn't be a good thing to always have Magneto be the villain.

If they could do something new and out of the box and do it well, I'd be all for it.

i think that the hellfire club is something that could translate to the movieverse continuity extremely well. it would/could introduce several villians and other characters and set up for further encounters and sequels. etc

it could be extremely interesting IMO

and the hellfire club is probably one of the most believable opponents seeing as how thats what the movieverse is going for.

and without wolverine around that means the other characters would have a chance to actually throw in a few punches and use their powers. and who better than several very dynamic villains rather than one boring...juggernaut.

I guess but that would be like having seven spidey movie with the green goblin as the villain and thenusing it as proof for GG being the ulitimate villain for spidey.

With Magneto being the only main vilain used in x-men movies you can`t really prove that he is the best. I mean the greatest out of a list of 1 is hardly impressive.

Forgetting Stryker aren't we? I'd like to see him and Jason as supporting characters, it would make the latter's entrance in X2 all the more horrific. Additionally, Magneto could be an ally in this prequel, if not fully associated with the X-Men as his film will document his fall.

The possibilities are endless. Wolverine sets up Gambit, Blob and Emma Frost for one, as well as the young Scott.

If the Sentinels are the main villain they could just do the movie kind of like Ultimate X-Men #1

If the Hellfire Club is the villains then Emma Frost could at first act like she was with the X-Men then the final battle would be Emma and the Hellfire Club vs. the X-Men. All the time that she is with them she could mess up alot of friendships and scott and jeans relationship.

I'm getting tired of seeing the X-Men fight Magneto , so hopefully they'll use a different villain. Mags should appear, but hopefully someone else will be the main threat.

I refuse to watch this movie as awesome as it sounds to be and as amazing as it will be if Jean Grey is not in it! And they better use someone as awesome as Famke to play her.

As the villian who cares as long as Jean is there kicking some behind.
