I was actually hoping they'd contract the number of X-Books (Wolverine and Deadpool books I'd count separately, although do they need two?). Now I hope they're not consigned to another universe (or, if they are, that it doesn't last).

From what I've heard, Cyclops is missing in this 8 months later thing. Also interesting that mutants are apparently being effected by Terrigen. Most of the new titles seem to tie heavily into characters in the MCU.

I'm not sure that I'm feeling this new era of X-Men. I like Lemire and Bunn, so that's good, but these random mash ups of teams isn't doing it for me. I'm curious about Old Man Logan being involved, but still don't care for the O5. We'll see how it plays out though.

The Uncanny cover intrigues me tho, might have to pick that up
and while I don't mind X-23 in the Wolverine costume (though it is a bit lazy) that pose on her cover is ridiculously awkward, if they were shooting for a Herb Trimpe-style pose, they hit it in the most awkward way possible

Looks like the X-books are taking a big step backward in terms of art.

Why would they get rid of the ANXM costumes? They were working and these new ones seem odd.

Is teen Jean off of ANXM and on Extraordinary? I don't mind, I like that line-up and Jean needs to play with the big guns. It makes ANXM less interesting though.
