My heart sank when I read that before the blackout, I wouldnt put it past them though, out of the cast im expected her to be last after Jean,Scott,Kurt,Xavier,Eric, and Raven so my hopes are fairly low for this film if I even bother watching it after we receive more info on the film.

It looks like a generic Danielle Steel cover. Probably she got cast in a new kind of book adaptation film of some kind.

Not necessarily... She wasn't announced with the main actors last time (Same with Hardy and Munn.. ugh)

She could still be a blink & miss cameo like Apocalypse. But Kinberg probably feels Dazzler > Jubilee. Which I can't knock because Dazzler was in DPS. I just want FOX to follow Claremont's blueprint if they are going to use all his storylines. So when they actually do I can't complain.

Maybe they'd get Jamie Chung to play Jubilee in the future. She seems to be the go to girl when it comes to recasting Asian comic book characters. See Sin City Two and Gifted.
