Dazzler had a significant role in Dark Phoenix Saga?

A supporting role yes, not saying she had a huge part but her role wasnt to small. She saved Jean and Scott in the club upon meeting them and teamed up with them briefly to help get Storm back i believe from Emma before declining to join them. QS role in DOFP would be a good fit for her I agree with you.
That Oprah face I cant stop laughing at it, I love that meme.

Nah I drink those drinks they barely have any sugar in them, almost like a healthy/ginseng drink. Doesnt taste the best.

I want Dazzler closer to how they had her used in the comic, but then I could see her being used as entertainment for the Hellfire Club just not the secret Inner Circle. I really wish we got Emma so we can get that epic psychic battle between her and Jean as well as that scene where Emma was torturing Ororo could make for good fleshing out and the chance to stretch as an actress in that scene for all involved. I wonder if theyll have Jean thinking she is living in the past. I loved seeing Jean reverting back to that old timeframe with the big victorian dresses.

Kinberg's script aren't the most complex I think we can piece this whole thing together.

The thing that's perplexing me is will X-MEN actually go-to space or will Shi'ar just come to earth for the entire film.


Because FOX-MEN in space still just doesn't seem realistic to me for some reason.

Honestly I feel they may just bring them here as much as I would love them to go to space apart of me feels the show is coming to Earth starting off with the spaceship crash. I just really hope they dont make Lilandra and the Imperial Guard generic. Ill be so upset but then this franchise hasnt done much to give me much hope either.

Now I'm also wondering if an Alien Force comes to Earth would Kinberg be tempted to get Stryker involved again. Most X-MEN films have the Human Agent type to get in the way.


My concern is the Hellfire Club actually (mostly because they are my favorite Villian Group. IMO they are the equals to the X-MEN imo).

Are they just a ACT I annoyance? Will they be there to just show how strong the Shi'ar are when they pwn them? I can't see them getting proper service as well as the Shi'ar.

So much going on!

Hellfire Club=XMen im not sure about that I enjoy them but they arent Xmen level, especially with no Emma they need someone to fill that spot, no one compares to my Storm lol. Apart of me really feels the trilogy will revolve around the Phoenix Saga and it wont just be one film. It will span out for the next 3 but I can be wrong but thats what I feel.

Comics wise imo they are. They have a mansion and they had a school for mutant children. They have more $$$ than the X-MEN. They had Xavier's sister leading them for a time. And when you combine the Red/Grey/Black/White Mutant Kings/Queens/Bishop's/Rooks etc they have great numbers.

Idk I can't think of a better Villain group in the X-MEN rogues gallery. But just my opinion.
 
I'm not convinced that the Hellfire Club is in this.

problem with including hellfire club is lilandra was called villain of film.it's very
possable jean goes amock after shiar has been trying to capture and kill her.

we know there are several characters they are casting.one of who is we know now is dazzler.and it's possable most of characters they are casting are shiar
characters.

the young girl could be for flashback of jean or even kitty as young girl.kitty was introuduced during dark phoenix as was dazzler.and we know kinberg is
bringing in dazzler.

yeah i think nomatter what people want Xavier,magneto,mystique,jean,beast,cyclops,storm,and nightcrawler are
likely only returning characters.

Not like they haven't released news of returning characters at different times during production and sometimes not at all (wolverine)

I remember when havok was announced for apocalypse, it wasn't with the others.

Since that mod here with insider info said this is a full-on space opera, I doubt the Shi'ar will spend the movie on Earth. Its a question of how much screentime spent on Earth. I guess ACT I.

I also don't think Hellfire Club is in this. Reusing them doesn't fit Kinberg's "we have to do something different" statement which is why they're going to space and introducing Shi'ar.

What I do wonder is how Lilandra and the Shi'ar come into play. Since Lilandra is being called the "villain" of the picture, she must be Empress instead of damsel in distress Lilandra, so D'Ken and M'kraan Crystal are probably not happening here, and what we're getting is basically a Trial of Phoenix. But the fact that a spaceship crashes into the baseball field leads me to believe it could be damsel in distress Lilandra. Not to mention, if the movie doesn't start with Jean out of control creating some havoc, why would she be targeted by Shi'ar and be put on trial? Many questions...

I think, for film purposes, you merge D'Ken and Lilandra. It would give her good inner conflict if she is going to Xavier for help, but is also the Empress who can't show her people any sign of weakness.
 
Turner looks like she's a chick pretending to be a hipster geek in those shots, lol.
