Did your parents ever say this? Mine didn’t. I often saw the phrase in books and TV, but I honestly never knew what it meant :huh:

As a kid, I always had an appetite so there was never any worry about “spoiling“ anything :loco:
 
Or heard it, and it's been used in me. I believe it's more to do with snacking and eating sweety things shortly before an actual meal, in that you'll be full from the sugar and not eat your vitamins.
