This has got to be my favourite scene in the whole movie if not the whole series. The light the music, everything is perfect. Also I love how Singer shows that Magneto isn't dangerous because of his powers, he's dangerous because of his ability to cause dissent and alure people to his cause, he's a revolutionary.

The dialogue is also very good and well delivered by Ian, 'What's your real name John?'. I also like that look exchanged between Magnus and Mystique, knowing that they may have a potential new ally. Tryuly great performance and direction.

YES! I love that scene too. And Ian Mckellen's voice for Magneto is just PERFECT.

Great scene. Just by admiring pyros powers, he was able to coax him into the brotherhood. He a mastermind. Loved it!!!! Its funny because before X1 came out, I saw the cast and thought Ian was too old. I cant picture anyone else pulling it off. Cudos to Ian!!!!!!!! Loved his performance in all the X films.

Hopefully he'll be in the future X movies if any.

They'd be foolish not to add him after the ending X3 had... :p

Well said....I agree with everything you just said. Magneto just has 110% conviction in what he believes in. I enjoyed Pyro character in X2 but was kind of disappointed in how he was portrayed in X3. He just seemed like he lost any intelligence he had and became a henchman hell bent on getting approval from Magneto.

Loved that scene too, one of the best of the series imo.

Everything Mags say/do in the first two films is brilliant writing, but this takes the cake!

That is easily one of the best scenes in the film, Sir Ian is great in that scene, he's the perfect Magneto

^ That has gotta be one of the lamest parts of the script along with Wolvie's "I'm the only one who can stop her!"

Lol also lame is:
Pyro: You shoulda stayed at school
Bobby: You should have never left

^HAHAHA! So true. Loved the god among insects line tho...wonder what mystique was thinking sitting beside him as Mags was luring Pyro over to the darkside.
