OH. i haven't read a single runaway comic. doesn't really fit in m budget and i don't like starting a comic in the middle of an arc. i might start if i like this comic.

that is weird, i thought he retired or something in the DD comics, but then he shows up in CW. it's as weird as Nick Fury in the current Iron Man arc that takes place in the present.

If YA ends, i'll be really sad.

Call me shallow, but Patriot is my favorite Young Avenger. I can relate to the character and honestly the only reason I read YA is cause of him.

There's so much more to the book though. I'd prefer if Patriot got permanent powers though, he's kinda dead weight right now.

I don't think so, but every time I find a young male black character I like, they are either killed off (Alex Wilder,Synch,Night Thrasher) or depowered/put out of commission (Prodigy, Steel, War Machine, White TigerII, Josiah X, Prowler) or utterly lame/stereotypical (Rocketracer, Slick, Vibraxas, Brother Voodoo)

Everytime we get a black kid hero, whose kind, thoughtful and smart they get the axe.

It's only a matter of time before DC kicks Jason Rusch (Firestorm) to the curb, to bring back Ronnie Raymond.

My favorite is hawkingbird(or Kate). Her origin is so random, it's pure genius.
