There's absolutely no reason Dick couldn't have worn his regular costume in that scene.

Their need to create new "stealth" costumes for every ****ing mission is just stupid. Let the superheroes just wear their costumes.

During the DC Universe special, Weisman said the Justice League has been banned from Russia. So, during this mission on Russian soil, Nightwing is wearing what they referred to as “dark wear” with no insignia to tie him to the Justice League.

Basically more of a "covert ops" team than The Team was before.

Has anybody read the companion comic? I haven’t but plan to eventually. Hopefully they have it on DC Universe.

Also I recently watched the cutscenes movie for YJ Legacy and the story was pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the reveal of Black Manta being Kaldur’s father happened in the game and not the show and I’m saying that as someone who didn’t mind the time jump.

I thought they would’ve done it in season 1. We all know Greg and Brandon like to keep their spoilers pretty tight but the Kalbur/Black Manta one was revealed before the show even aired so I don’t know why it wasn’t in the show.

They have all 25 issues of the companion comic on DC Universe. I’m going to dive into them when I’m done rewatching the show.

Finished the 25 issues of the tie-in comic and I liked them. Hoping they bring them back.

Same here. More Young Justice content is never a bad thing, especially if it can tide us between seasons.

Looks like Young Justice will debut in January, run for two months, take a three month hiatus, and then return in June.

I’m hoping as well. DC Universe reps have said that YJ is their most streamed show since the launch of DCU.

    Yeah, it looks bad.

And Batman’s without his briefs. I pray they didn’t put a collar on Superman.

    The press release:

THE COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN! MUCH-ANTICIPATED DC UNIVERSE ORIGINAL SERIES YOUNG JUSTICE: OUTSIDERS ONLY WEEKS AWAY

Trailer Released Today for New Season of Fan Favorite Series Set to Debut on January 4, 2019

Seasons 1 and 2 Enhanced Episodes Featuring Commentary from Superfans, DC Experts and Talent to be released in December

DC UNIVERSE Members get access to exclusive new Young Justice: Outsiders Prequel comic books

Few animated series have engendered the passionate following that Young Justice garnered in only two short seasons. Praised by critics and fans alike, the series makes its triumphant return on January 4 exclusively on DC UNIVERSE in the US.

Young Justice: Outsiders continues the story with our heroes still dealing with the events of season 2 while facing the new threat of metahuman teen trafficking and the intergalactic arms race for control of these super-powered youths. To get ready for the exciting new season members will have access to enhanced episodes from the first two seasons, new original prequel comic book chapters, and a behind-the-scenes documentary featuring DC Daily host and Young Justice voice talent, Whitney Moore. The never-before-seen trailer is available at youtu.be/R0tVBhBg9Jo

“Young Justice: Outsiders epitomizes the kind of fan-first series that DC UNIVERSE can deliver directly to our members. The passion that surrounded this unique serial strongly points to the reason our direct-to-consumer service is a fan win,” said Sam Ades, senior vice president and general manager, DC Digital Services. “Not only does DC UNIVERSE provide a place for our creative talent to spread their wings, it provides a home for fan-favorite DC Super Heroes stories.”

Three episodes of Young Justice: Outsiders will premiere every Friday starting on January 4, and will continue through January 18. For the mid-season finale on January 25, four new episodes will debut. The show will return to DC UNIVERSE for the second half of the season with more new episodes in June 2019.

Young Justice: Outsiders is produced by Warner Bros. Animation. Brandon Vietti (Batman: Under the Red Hood, Superman Doomsday) and Greg Weisman (Star Wars Rebels, Gargoyles) serve as producers. Sam Register (Teen Titans Go!) is executive producer.

All Young Justice episodes are now exclusively available on DC UNIVERSE and are among the most viewed series for current members since the digital subscription service launched on September 15, 2018.

    Exclusive Prequel Comic

Created exclusively for DC UNIVERSE, two 10-page chapters of a Young Justice: Outsiders prequel comic book will accompany the original animated series and will be written by series producer Greg Weisman with art by Christopher Jones. The prequel chapters will be released sequentially on January 2 and January 3 leading up to the series premiere on January 4.

Seasons One and Two Enhanced Episodes

Beginning on December 4 and every Tuesday through December 25 enhanced episodes from season 1 and 2 of Young Justice will be released. Each episode will feature commentary, interviews and inside information from from a wide range of Young Justice experts - from stars of the Whelmed podcast Rich Howard, Emily Buza, and Neal Powell (the superfans who helped to bring the show back to DC Universe), to DC experts like Sam Humphries, Bernard Chang, James Tynion IV and of course Young Justice producers Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti and art director Phil Bourassa. A preview of the enhanced episodes is available at https://youtu.be/etwRWylJoUU.

“Making of” Young Justice: Outsiders Documentary Series

DC Daily host and Young Justice: Outsiders voice talent Whitney Moore hosts a rare inside look at the production of the series. A production crew followed Whitney during the making of the most recent season resulting in five, 10-minute behind-the scenes episodes which will be released following the premiere, on Tuesdays starting on January 8. DC Daily is the daily news program that airs on DC UNIVERSE. DC hosts and talent share the latest news from the world of DC. Stay tuned for more information and previews coming soon on DC Daily.

In addition to the exclusive content and comic books on DC UNIVERSE fans can dive into Young Justice fandom across the digital streaming service, from entries in the encyclopedia that provide facts and background on the storylines and characters to exclusive merchandise now available in the DC UNIVERSE shop.

Fans who join DC UNIVERSE by December 17 will have the chance to win a one-of-a-kind Young Justice: Outsiders experience in which the winner will visit Warner Bros. Animation, the studio responsible for bringing these characters to life. Winners will have the opportunity to meet and chat with the artists and behind-the-scenes talent and walk away with an unbelievable prize package. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Starts: 11-16-18 / Ends: 12-17-18. Open to US legal residents 18+ of 48 contiguous states only. Official Rules @ www.dcuniverse.com/youngjusticeoutsidersSweeps.

I'm probably one of few that likes the Wonder Woman design from the New 52 movies lol.

It feels like DC are doing a better job at marketing this than they did with Titans.
