Hey, plenty of people loved Liefeld's art at the time. Just look at the sales numbers back then.

I too was a fan, until I learned to draw anatomy and proportion better than liefeld could... It's almost like seeing a picture of a hated ex girlfriend, uggh...I used to dig that?

It says Marvel. Now unless the families of Siegel and Schuster have sold Superman to Marvel, I'd say Supes doesn't belong in this thread... unless...

This is my favorite picture of Thor ever, and the fact that the Surfer is present also is just icing on the cake. I have seriously considered getting a tattoo of this scene. In fact, I still may.

John Buscema is amazing. He's one of my favorite artists of all time, and he draws an even better Odin than he does a Thor.

Bad experience?

Not really...my comic interests are just different is all.

Overall, I prefer Marvel as a company and their cast of heroes I enjoy a bit more.

But then my favorite superhero is Superman, as well as Green Arrow (suck it Corp! )and Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) to a lesser extent.

So yea.
