It's the time of year where films that we don't watch the other 11½ months of the year find their way into our DVD/Blu Ray players. So post your favourite Christmas movies in here and a bit about why you like them or what they mean to you if you wish.
I'll start!

This is the Christmas movie of my childhood and every time I see it I get the warm fuzzies. Sure it's really dated but the 'origin' of Santa is still awesome and John Lithgow is a tonne of fun as evil toy baron B.Z.

I know many probably prefer the older version but I love this one, it's a fun story and Richard Attenborough gives my favourite portrayal of Santa.

Charles Dickens 'A Christmas Carol' is a true classic and I have enjoyed many interpretations but this may be my favourite. Billy Murray is absolutely hilarious in the lead role and relocating the classic story to the 80's just makes it all the more fun.
