What was your least favorite movie of the summer movie season?

Since this is the least favorite, and not the worst (critically), I'd have to give this to Spider-Man 3. I had very high expectations for it, but the film was nothing short of a crushing letdown.

Spiderman 3 wasn't a bad film per say, but it definitely was my least favorite. I didn't watch Shrek 3 though.

SM3 was disappointing on so many levels. Not even the thrusting action could save it.

Agreed.

The critic in me would've said Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, but I went into that film expecting the same level of crap as the first. It ended up being better than the first, but still very bad.

W/ the comic movies, at least they got made, they may not have been what some had wanted to see happen-again go read the comics. So I hope Rush Hour runs away w/ this.

Fantastic Four 2 didn't raise the quality level as it should of. Going around the world via bluescreen (knowing that it's obviously still Canada) does not make te movie 'epic'.

hairspray must of been god awful ....... anyway spiderman 3 kind of did me wrong . peter parker crying on the bridge is one of the most cringeworthy and embarassing scenes ever .

Peter Parker always cried in all three movies. It was just..part 3, it was overkill. I feel bad for Dallas Howard because she was so underused in the movie. Will she ever be in a breakthrough movie? Samething with Topher Grace.

Is it me, or was the 'love' for Stardust was weird?

Sites like chud.com loved it. So when I saw it, it was kinda cute but it didn't deserve the minor attention that it got. I think it's due to Neil Gaiman, but he wasn't even directly involved with the movie!

The special effects was horrid btw.

But my least favorite that I saw was probably SHrek 3
