Really, House of the Dragon and The Bear are neck and neck. Both had some fantastic episodes but each season also felt incomplete to me. The Bear S3 felt like a "Part One" type of season and House of the Dragon S2 needed two extra episodes.

I feel like Dune Prophecy, Bad Sisters and Cross will find their way into this list soon but I have to see more episodes (only watched the premieres of Bad Sisters s2 and Dune and haven’t started Cross yet). I’ve only seen the first five episodes of Jackal but they were so good that I feel like I can comfortably put it on this list, though it may climb higher by the time the season ends. It’s so good.
