Its already out in my country. Abracadabra is the best track and I wish they were more quirky songs as that one.

The album feels like inspired by 80s music.

It's a cool album, but I agree that there's a lot of rock and maybe more than I'd care for, but Gaga is killing it nevertheless. Killah is basically a Prince track, her references and influences are all on the table. My favorites so far beyond the singles are Garden of Eden, Perfect Celebrity, Zombieboy, and LoveDrug.
