One thing you need to learn about Baugh, if you have issues, no matter how logical, with what he's doing, he'll give you attitude about it no matter how you say it.

P.S. I clicked on Covenant Elite's link to his website. You may want to get a few pointers from him concerning the image you project for your films through the way it's webpages are constructed.

ok if ur not going to even try to have a good attitude about this then neither am i, oh and this time i am bashing. this looks like one of the worst fan films ive ever seen. the costume is crap, the story sounds like crap, the music isnt even urs, the guy playing link is fat, yes i said it hes fat. im sick of ur attitude and feal sorry for anyone who ever has to work with u. i advise everyone to just not see this or even coment on this thread anymore till it goes away and someone who really wants to make a true fan film of zelda (and gives it the respect it needs, not including the actors) comes along. u r one of the rudest people ive ever met and u the worst person w/ taking crictism ive ever met. i will no longer coment on this sorry excuse for a thread and a film. so **** off Superhobo
 
Once again. . . Where is your script. I want to read some pages. I don't care about costumes if your character development is well done.

Regardless, whether Baugh likes it or not, he needs as much help as he can get from seasoned pros. I think you know what I'm saying. ;)

Haha. You just said the story is crap. You just contradicted yourself. You said you like Zelda, but that the story sucks?! This is based directly on the games. Forget about the hat, He is not fat...

Still doesnt work. But seriously, I don't blam Tim for being so angry, this seriuosly is not looking well. The site doesnt, work... link is a little chunky, and doesnt even look like link... Costumes pretty bad so far... Seriously, if you want to make a good movie, hten stay true ti the game. This is just not heading to be a good movie.

Believe me, everything is the same, 'cept He has no hat. We might go ahead and put up a little teaser, show you how He moves. That'll show ya, ya young Kids, ya...

Sigh... I'll have to see it to believe it.
 
Baugh, when it comes right down to it, we need to see some high quality stuff concerning your production. Personally, I think you can make the Link hat and make it look convincing. You just need a better seamstress for the costumes.
 
Obviously this "crew" isn't fit for creative productions if they don't understand that the creative process involves critiquing, point out bad ideas and working towards better ones.

Again, the general consensus is that Link's hat is key to his characters appearence, and as I pointed out with Gandalf, a goofy hat is concieveable. Your trying to make something impractical like Zelda, practical, and that is the wrong approach.

Hmmmmm.......at 13 instead of hawking this project as the Second Coming, perhaps he should be just making these films for his own enjoyment until he has learned how to make films by going to film school.
 
That's what I'm doing. 'Cept for one thing. Thought I would inform you of it, just see if you wanted to get a kick out 'o it. Geez...
But anyways...The heat wave is over, and tomorrow, another one of our Production Teamsters might be coming over to work with us. Her name is Jana Jenkin's...who also does the voice overs for the beginning of the film. Also, we have a filming location for tomorrow.

Im sure the script is nothing short of amazing with all the themes he injected, witty dialouge, brilliant plot points, excellent character development, and fantastic motif...

im sure he doesn't understand any of what I just said, lol.

my advice: go play with your light sabers that you got at KB toys in front of the camera and shelve this project untill you really know what your doing.

So i said was going to be your biggest critic........man I'm in a good mood so I wont rip you....that hard.

Alright, first thing. The game your making a movie out of, has been around longer than you(I know you know this), and has one of the biggest fan bases (bigger than star wars, mario, any comicbook). So any diffrence, just a little tiny one ( in your case big) will sebnd fanboys off the wall. SO it shouldnt be a shock that there *****in about a hat.

Next thing.

All respects to your cuz, but in those pics he does look a little hefty around the beltline......
BUT like Victor Von Doom said, who cares about he costumes I can over look those (I.e gobby in spidey) if your story rocks and the charecter development kicks major ass.......then all will be forgot
