I swear to GOD, I am NOT making this up. According to IMDb, Samuel L. Jackson is Nick Fury in Iron Man. According to IMDb, Fred Ward is "in talks" to play Nick Fury in Nick Fury.

Oh, OK, just scanned through all 14 pages of Iron Man (spoilers) though, could find no mention of Fred Ward.

First of all, we haven't even heard word one on a Nick Fury film as far as director no script has been written so they certainly wouldn't have any idea who would be playing him in the solo film as there's no one involved to do casting. Second, I'm thinking now that they are introing Fury in Iron Man, they may not even DO a Fury solo film. Third, there is no way that Marvel would be tying these films together and then have two different people play Fury in subsequent continuous films.
IMDB is a terrible place to get future film news!
