Millionaire Gives Mansions To Homeless

I'm assuming that he will be paying the property tax for 10 years.

Since:

Ok what about maintenance on the house, utilities, etc? The smart thing to do is to sell the house but then again homeless ppl aren't necessarily smart so who knows what will happen.

Well, I will assume that the mother and at least two of the daughters will work to make ends meet. At least, I hope so. Hopefully, in Hawaii, there also some welfare programs that she could apply for to help her in some of the cost of utilities and other basic living costs. They had to live homeless for about two year, you would assume that they could live with limited electricity, gas, water, etc. The trick for them would be to limit their usage so that it can be affordable for them.

For maintenance, they probably have to learn to do it themselves or the mother/one of the daughters would need to date a handyman.

Plus, I don't think she would be allowed to sell the house.
