I could see the Hulk beating the brains out of a villain if he were to hurt someone close to him but not any regular innocent humans.

But my point was, i dont mind him teaching people a lesson, but Hulk should kill NO human.

Whether a human is innocent or not, its not the Hulks decision whether they should live or die, Abomination is different.

If the Hulk pounds the Abomination into hamburger meat, that's cool but innocent civilians should not be killed by the Hulk, especially since the majority of the world is already convinced he's a monster.
