Yeah, me too. I'm digging some of the remastered jrpg's from the Golden Age as well. Would like to see a lot more.

According to Eurogamer, DQXI was the 2nd highest selling game of the week (US), behind Spiderman. Not bad.

Saw it last night. It was enjoyable. Atmospheric and fun. Expectations weren't too high. Will end up being a good Halloween season movie. Looks like it more than made its budget back in the opening weekend. My guess is that they'll invent more things to include in the TCU.

I'm a longtime jrpg fan, so clearly Dragon Quest XI is a game I wouldn't miss. But I'm curious if anyone knows how well it's selling this opening week in the States? I'm hopeful for it and other turn-based games to continue to build its audience here in the west. I think these would just be Sony...

Dang... I was hoping for something entertaining. I'm still gonna see it for myself though, because that's what I do.

Reminds me so much of an Onimusha game. Wonder if they'll ever remaster or remake Jade Empire?
