🏈 NFL - Game On

I gotta say, if Shedeur keeps improving and plays even close to how he did against the Bears, Steelers, Bills, and Bengals....then I say instead of trading up to get a Mendoza and losing assets, draft a LT and WR with those 2 1sts and let it ride man
I agree and I think he WILL improve. I said from the beginning that he was going to make some teams sorry they passed on him and still believe that. The Raiders, Rams, Jets, etc. were all idiots for not taking him before the 5th round.

When they threw him in early with no real practice reps and brand new to the playbook and he didn't do well, people said "See? He was overrated." Once he got to know the system and got some reps, I felt sure he was gonna do well. He's still gonna have some off days, but don't give up on him because I think he's gonna be a good one. If they keep playing like they are, they could probably even trade down to the Jets (who need a QB a lot more than the Browns do at this point) and STILL get one of the top 2 OTs AND WRs with their round 1 picks.....maybe top 3 or 4 with their 2nd 1st if they go WR early. For moving up 3 spots, they might even be able to pry away the Jets #2 if they added a little sweetener.

To me, it's a no brainer, but let's see how Sanders does the rest of the year. He's been looking better and better as far as I can tell, but I don't normally watch their games from start to finish. Of course, Maybe Deshaun Watson will come back to form and they can offer him another long term, fully guaranteed contract........

I've been playing around with the ESPN playoff machine again. If the Rams lose to the Lions and Seahawks the next 2 weeks and the 49ers, Bears and Packers all win the next 2 weeks. The Rams would be on the outside looking in for the playoffs. That's how tight everything is. The Lions could make this interesting with a win on Sunday.

Imagine going from the #1 seed to the #8 seed in the span of 2 weeks.

As for the AFC, if Denver loses to the Packers and the Patriots lose to the Bills, we could have 4-5 teams battling for the #1 seed.

Man I wish it was Sunday already!

EDIT: Also if the Bucs lose Thursday night and the Panther win Sunday, they can clinch the NFC South with a win the following Sunday.

The bottom line is that it's close in the NFC and everyone in the division knows it. What you are saying is true for every single team in the conference. It's close for everyone and the next few weeks are going to determine who gets in and who doesn't for everyone.

EDIT: Bears, I think, went from 1 to 7 in one week.......that's how tight that conference is.

I don't want to get my hopes up, but it is delightful to watch the Colts unlock the hands-down funniest possible outcome for this season which is Rivers - having just signed a one-day contract to "retire a Charger" - going back to the Colts, getting them to the Playoffs, and beating the Chargers

It’s an interesting idea, but stay away from Vegas. :funny:

Might be one of the single worst games I've ever watched.

I mean Chargers/Pats in 2023 is the worst, as are a lot of 2023 Pats game, but this one is up there.
Did you watch TNF? :funny:

OMFG......the NFC south just might be worse than it was a few years back. LOL

Yeah.....I heard that on the MNF pregame show and "maybe" the Steelers let him go, but.....MAN....I'd hate to do that if I were them. The Pittsburg problem is not a coaching issue. It's an upstairs issue. Tomlin has done a phenomenal job with what he has year after year after year after....

I never even considered Tomlin as the G's coach, but that would be a major score if they landed him and it might very well make them the Bears of 2026. IF IF IF Tomlin becomes available, I can PROMISE you that teams are going to be breaking down his front door to talk to him. The Giants have a ton of talent and if you're a top notch coach, it's a dream job if you can get the control you need.

I know @P Supreme wouldn't be crushed if Tomlin was the Giants' new coach.

Ahhhh.....I see the Pats are wearing them old, ugly ass helmets. LOL

this team and season broke me we finally have a nfl caliber oline and QB and were worst no leadership in the organization

Ill take Tomlin, Harbaugh from that division they clearly need new location

I'm trhe only one who wants BB still have faith in the old man he's one of us

but at this point I'm done with the NFL the officiating is atrocious
Streaming service for important games I'm a beaten fan gentleman lol
