I'd call him "dude" or "guy".

Honestly, my language for people is usually "girl" or "lady" for females, and simply "guys" for male. I don't typically say "man" or "woman".

And I would have no problem if a girl referred to me as "boy" if it wasn't done in an insulting way. I don't have any insulting intent behind "girl", it's just the term that I use.

If she used it in the way of saying "That's a cute boy that I'm into" or something like that, I'm totally fine by it.
