Also, remind people that a good 15 minutes, doesn't mean 1-2 word answers. Not telling people to write a novel, but at least be interesting.

Living a quiet life of solitude here in the mountains. Well, mostly quiet. I accept visitors and will play loud music from time to time.

What is your first name?
Steven.

Who do you feel closest to here on the Hype?
Panthro and I drifted apart due to my iffy internet access, unfortunately. I would say. . . the n00b known as "Judgespektre".

If you were to meet any Hypester in real life, who would it be and what would you do?
The user "<(o_o)>". We could have lunch while I figure out what's going on in his head.

Where is home for you? Where would you like home to be?
Colorado is home, and that's fine, but maybe someday I'll try out Canada for the sake of it.

I am behind on current titles, but these are what I've followed within the past few years. . .

Green Lantern (Alan Scott); presently in the 'Earth 2' series. I think GL works best as fantasy without the soft sci-fi trappings.

Superman (Smallville: Season 11). People recommended I watch the television series through before reading. I watched seasons 1-4 and started. I had to ask why Lex's hand was burned, and I had zero idea what his sister hallucination was all about. But it's a great series so far. The Superman here is young, but has already been there, done that. He knows what he's doing.

Wonder Woman (New 52). It's cool how they ditched the traditional superhero formula and had her go on adventures hyper-focused on Greek mythology. I can fondly recall entire panels in detail from many months ago. THAT is rare. The god redesigns are cool with me, btw.

Enjoyed ULTIMATE X-MEN until Ultimatum. FANTASTIC FOUR of 2012-13 (?). . . where the family takes a one year trip into space. SHE-HULK. . . last saw her in FF, but I've read the Byrne and Slott series both through.

List 30 movies you wish to see. Reasons would be better
Alien 3 - Movie has a weird reputation. I can never seem to buckle down and watch it. The first two were masterpieces of sci-fi.

John Carpenter's THE THING - A classic I have yet to watch.

The Godfather (1972) - A classic I have yet to watch.

Citizen Kane

- - -
More recent. . .

Thor: The Dark World - First one was good. I felt Thor's character development was a bit too quick, but his 'fallen prince' arc went well with Loki's 'envious adopted son'. And the visuals were nice.

Star Trek: Into Darkness

Iron Man 3

Why did DC comics mess the character you chose to name yourself after in Infinite Crisis as badly as they did?
I guess they were aiming for "so twisted yet free-spirited that you like him", but they ended up with "immature and stupidly insane".

Favorite actor/actress?
Ian McKellen. . . Jennifer Connelly or Audrey Hepburn.

Actor/actress you'd watch their movies no matter how bad the movie may be?
Nicolas Cage is the king of this to me. :yay:

What did you like/dislike about MoS?

Like: The story was fair. Goyer put a lot of thought into Kryptonian culture, and Clark's hero complex. Snyder/Goyer tried doing their own thing, and the result works for the most part.

Dislike: The pacing and editing were bizarre. It would've benefited them to go for something more linear here. The suit reveal was nowhere near as astonishing as it could have been. Also, Jor-El's exposition dumps.

And I think Zod should have been sucked back into the Phantom Zone near the end. The final fight was exciting, but by then the action was in over its head.

Oh. I was in the control panel and couldn't think of anything to update the user title with, so rolled my left fingers on the keyboard. asdf

That's what I get for not looking at my keyboard before asking
Was hoping it means something else

Is Justice League War a good movie in your opinion? I don't like how the characters are portrayed in that one

What current consoles do you own now?

What games do you own?

Pepsi or Coke?

Name an obscure DC character you'd want to see get a movie & why?

Sorry for the late reply. I had to go watch JLW. People's thoughts on the movie made me dread it a little.

I turned it off around the 40 minute mark. The action drowned at the paper-thin plot and I had become severely bored. Why am I supposed to root for Billy Batson? He acts like a piece of crap. Why is Hal Jordan a complete freaking moron?

Superman, maybe ironically, was the least of my problems with that thing.

I'll pick it apart in a month or two. It was just. . . oww.

What current consoles do you own now?

What games do you own?

Mass Effect (1-3), with all DLC.

Others in my family own games on the living room shelf, but I seldom play them.

Pepsi or Coke?

Pepsi. Just feels more refreshing.

Hmm. Don't know about a character that leaps out at me as needing a solo, but Legion of Super-Heroes begs to be a film franchise, imo.

Star Wars or Star Trek?

Star Wars had a profound impact on my growth as a person.

However. I've come to prefer Star Trek. I feel like it has (mostly) consistent messages that I agree with. There's more to explore, sit down and discuss.

And: Picard.

What's your avatar? The image is broken on my PC, I can't see it

What is the one goal you want to achieve in life?

What is your favorite junk food?

You mentioned you like Star Trek. How do you feel about Star Trek: Enterprise?

What's a place you'd like to visit?

What kind of car/truck do you drive?

What is your favorite junk food?

Chocolate oatmeal no-bake cookies.

Oklahoma Pride! Not really. I moved out of my nasty home state.

Been a while since I watched it, but at that time I was anything but a canon/continuity inter-series nut. I enjoyed it for the most part. Trip was my favorite character. T'Pol second.

The episode that stands out to me right now is the one where the doctor's wife flirts with Trip, and we learn about the unique culture there. lol

What's a place you'd like to visit?
Canada. Not sure where in Canada.

What kind of car/truck do you drive?
Last car I drove was a little Toyota. Forgot the year or model.

I wrecked every vehicle I had. :\ Even a friend's car.

Yeeeah. . . best never let me behind the wheel.

What are your thoughts on the DC show Arrow?

Do you think the character mentioned above would work in a possible JLA movie??

What are some your hobbies that you do in your spare time?

Who's better Lois Lane or Lana Lang? And why?

Lois is supposedly Clark's definitive link to humanity through love. Then again, most female readers will never achieve the notoriety of Lois Lane in any career (it's statistics).

But Lana is the sweet small town girl. She's a far better surrogate to the audience than Lois. Heck, even for males. She's lowly and humble. Like the Virgin Mary in the Bible.
