Not to be crass but... without the parts, you can't really be intimate with someone, in the biblical sense. This is a difficult subject and it's not clear if she had any surgical procedures to correct the defect but the implication is she hadn't.

Is there any such procedure to give a woman a womb, cervix, etc? Being intimate with someone has many meanings. Falling in love with someone is being intimate, it doesn't mean you have to have children. Many women who aren't able to have children find love, and adopt. I feel she will as well with a man that looks past the condition.
