Skimboarding? Actually no. It's completely addicting, I actualy got air today. I saw a wave coming up and I ran full speed and threw my board down, hoped on it just in time to kick the rocker (slant in the back) and I went about 4 feet off that and jumped off my board in fear.

So much better then anything I have ever done hobby wise. It's easy to pick up but it's endless fun.

Yeah, I was reading on a forum for people who don't live near a beach that grass skimming is pretty popular. Turn on the sprinkler system, let the yard flood a bit, and you have instant skim park.
