80004004 & 807b01f4

For the last few days while browsing the Marketplace I have been randomly getting the Error Code 80004004 & I noticed that all of my past purchases were gone & I was forced to re buy them if I wanted to get them again all of them were gone but they were still in my Download History & now today I go to my Download History to see if anything has changed & I can not even view my Download History anymore & I get this Error Code 807b01f4. Is anyone else having these problems ?

That's...****ing scary. I thought LIVE was supposed to save all downloads in case of hardware failure.
