According to Deadline, this is the show's plot: Lawyer and former First Daughter Hayes Morrison (Atwell) is about to accept a job offered from her sexy nemesis, NY District Attorney Wayne Wallis, to avoid jail time for cocaine possession and avoid hurting her mother’s Senate campaign. Working with his team at the new Conviction Integrity Unit will let her use her brilliant mind to turn over cases where there is credible suspicion of wrongful conviction, and give her a chance to turn things around with her high-powered political family.

It even gave away the outcome of the pilot case.

Hayley Atwell is gold so I will check it out, and the support cast bar the cheesy hair product hunk are good, but I am hoping her character will be ditching some of the obnoxious stuff by the end of the pilot. Her American accent seems solid.

Doesn't look great. Like Mighty Ducks without the hockey. I will still watch it just for Hayley and Emily Kinney.

It's a fairly dry procedural that eats off the Good Wife's table in tone and style, but Hayley is ever watchable and the other characters have some potential, I can't stand the dude they cast as Wallace though.

Fairly by the numbers as far as this type of show, but I like some of the cast and hope that it goes on for awhile. Like "The Good Place" having Kristen Bell and Ted Danson, if this didn't have the likes of Hayley Atwell, Shawn Ashmore, and Emily Kinney, to name a few, I probably wouldn't tune in, but I like the concept. Hope it has some legs. Plus, I'll take any chance to see Hayley Atwell on television again.

so the guy who played Jimmy Olsen and the actress who played Peggy Carter are in one TV show, very cool.
Hopefully this will last for at least several seasons. In particular this can help maintain Ms. Atwell's high profile status to get involved in another Marvel project guest role.

Not a huge surprise, Hayley is very watchable but her character is often obnoxious and the show is formulaic and dull.

It was decent and I like the cast, but yeah, you've seen this show before. Strike two for Atwell. I'm sure many would want Agent Carter to return, but hey, if that show also had dreadful ratings, no point in doing so.
