action fig. movie question

Hey, I was on youtube. and I saw a video with the X-men using stop animation, can someone explain this, I wanna try making a movie with my figs either using stop animation or if I wore green gloves how would I get them to not show up on screen? Then I could move the figs. but my hands would not show up right? how would this work?

you would have to have some editing software and just edit your hands out. if yorue going to use green, make sure none of the character's outfits are greeen too because then the software may edit any other green out
