Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are Blended

Well, there is that skinny ass ginger chick from Disney Channel in it for those of you waiting to see her in a bra.

It looks better than Sandler's previous couple of films, but yeah... still terrible. I felt sorry for Drew Barrymore in that restaurant scene.

I've always liked Drew Barrymore so maybe she'll barely salvage this thing. Shame that I say this about another Barrymore/Sandler movie because I love Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates.

I can't wait for the once in a blue moon Adam Sandler movie where he is actually serious. Those tend to actually be his good movies.

He and Eddie Murphy need to make a movie together. They're both former SNL alumni, both had great initial careers and both now make really ****** movies that are ruining what reputation they have left (though Murphy's being longer has further gone downhill).

I don't know what happened to either of them, or Barrymore. None of them are bad actors (though Sandler is a bit more limited) and yet none of them can seem to catch a break.

50 First Dates wasn't even close to being Sandler's best movie... but this makes that one look like ****ing Blazing Saddles by comparison. :o

That's a pretty low bar, though.

That wasn't as bad I thought it would be. Terry Crews made me snort out loud though. I'll definitely be watching his scenes on YouTube.

Man, Adam Sandler could have turned things around after Punch-Drunk Love. But he likes his stupid movies too much. Sad.

Blended aka Adam Sandler goes on vacation to Africa and pins his expenses on Happy Madison.

Just gonna wait for a compilation vid of terry crew's character in this one on youtube.

If anything can save this movie, it's the chemistry that Sandler and Barrymore have. And let's be honest, they have awesome chemistry.

But, um, yeah, that won't be enough to get my butt in the theater. :yay:

Are people really mad over this? It looks exactly the same as everything he's done for the past ten years.

I think they expect him to do better stuff even if they never liked him from the get go. It's weird.

I'm not mad. I'm not even disappointed. I've just accepted he's doing bad movies now for a living. Every so often he'll do one that's partially entertaining (Grown Ups had a few laughable moments) and he still does decent voice work (Hotel Transylvania anyone?) but I haven't expected a good movie for years now.

Anyone who gets mad or upset with Adam Sandler for his movies these days is only bringing it on themselves.

I don't get the Sandler hate. Sure his films, especially the more recent ones, can be pretty stupid, but they're all the same (at least the ones I've seen): a goof who is really a nice guy deep down ends up doing the right/nice/sweet thing in the end and the audience learns that they should be more warm hearted. What's wrong with that?

Adam Sandler is a great man in terms of being human and I wish more people were like him.
