Thanks to a cool dude who manage to shoot, edit, and let me share this with you guys here.

It's the entire set AAF did this past weekend at Off Road Event in Lake Elsinore, CA.

The song set in order is...

Courage
Whisper
1000 Days
Drifting Apart
Movies
Sticks and Stones
Sarah Wynn
Attitude
Forgive and Forget
Goodbye
Wish
S.S. Recognize
Smooth Criminal

I was just talking to my brother about these guys!!! Are they still around? I mean, are they putting out new music/singles?

I always liked their second single from way back...I think it was called "Movies" or something.

Yes, there are, the link above has their latest gig from thsi past weekend.

And yes, it was movies....#18 on modern rock charts back in the day.

Sheesh. These guys vanished without a trace. I still listen to Smooth Criminal every now and then, but that's as far as my interest in them goes.

The last big thing they did that got them news was crashing the 2003 BET Awards show to film their single off TruAnt 'These Days'. Before that it was surviving a horrific bus crash that killed their driver and injured all of them (including a broken neck for the singer..that was ****ing misdianogized for a bit) in 2002.

Fun Fact. They kept playing the song and almost finished it for a third time in a row until the cops finally got onto the roof. AAF locked all of the doors to the roof...and need multiple takes to get enough footage.

Yeah, they (Dryden and Mike) talk about it for a tiny bit and show pics of the aftermath. And some footage outside a hospital of them all in wheelchairs I think. It's on their dvd Busted.

But man...the documentary shows lots of male nudity on the dvd. And drug use. I don't know why Dryden was taped doing coke (as he calls it snuff). Crazy. Other that that, it's a decent but all over the place hour long documentary from their demo days up til their final CD Up in the Attic. It would have been a lot better if it was better edited really.

The dvd has a entire 2002 concert in Germany, all of their music videos, alternate music videos for Movies and These Days, and the documentary. And under set-up or some menu, it shows the drummer Mike throwing up in the mornng outside of their ride.

I like certain of their songs, like Wish and their (superior) version of Smooth Criminal. But I think they were kind of hit or miss.

Have you listened to their TrueAnt and Up in the Attic CD's? They abandoned their rock/alternate rock sound by the time Up in the Attic was made. Up in the Attic...has like 3 songs that could pass for alternate rock...but the rest would be soft rock or pop or like summer music, I guess.

And they made two versions of Wish. Did you know that about that?
