Hmm... no no. I mean all the Weapons XI crap, and the fact that it was supposedly Deadpool. The new ending would redeem the character and make everything right in the world, but as I ranted to my friend about how the movie ruined Deadpool, if a hidden ending exists that changes things, he's gonna tear chunks out of me for not getting my facts straight. just don't want to lose my integrety

OH. Gotcha. Yea, that new ending would work wonders. Just hope they know how to explain htf we went from Barakapool to the real Deadpool holding his head.

The Logan bonus ending is pretty worthless overall. I mean first of all, what is the purpose of him being in Japan? Second of all, couldn't they have found a more-- i dunno-- relevant way of showing that he's in Japan than just making him speak in Japanese with the bar hostess? And lastly, what is the point of the scene? We already know that his memory is gone, so there's not really anything that the scene tells us that we don't already know. It seems pretty frivelous overall if you ask me. It's a shame that this is the bonus most people are probably going to end up seeing-- and quite possibly the only one.

It's still a damn sight better than the Stryker mid credits crap

That's what I got to wondering.Why in the hell did they use that dojo pic way back when as one of their early promo pics? It made me think part of the film was going to be in Japan...that was back when I was crossing my fingers that the film might be 2+ hours long.

I'm guessing Barakapool was a clone made of all the different mutants' DNA, or he was just some schmo who was roughly Wilson's size. Either way it's a cop out, but at least it's not as bad as Wilson being Barakapool.

On the other hand, if you're going to ruin an iconic character, at least stick with it. The obvious answer would have just have been not to link Wade to Barakapool and insinuate they were the same person, it really didn't add to anything, even from a casual standpoint to know that a wiseass who had 5 mins of screentime earlier and seemed somewhat likable, was suddenly the villain.

Seriously, was the only reason thy added him so that Wolvie could make a crack about the fact they finally shut him up? I'm starting to think so

Just got back from the premiere, and the theatre I was in had the Deadpool scene in it. Its the final one after the credits and was shown instead of the Wolverine in the Bar scene. The scene is back at the reactor and it zooms in on deadpools hand as he reaches for something, it ends up being his head, once he touches it his eyes open up, he than says...........
"shhhhh"
I was personally very dissapointed with this scene. When it started i yelled out "yes the deadpool scene" in the theatre but once it ended i thought it could have been a whole lot better.

Yeah, the "who the hell are you?" line totally sounds like something Deadpool would say upon finding Barakapool's head, so I hope that that's the real one. It would be a cop out if Weapon XI turns out to have almost nothing to do with Deadpool, but at the same time it would be very satisfying to the fans who all complained about it.

Yeah, but it's clear that what happened with X3 is happening here. Someone is making up lies to give fans what they want and other fans are playing along by claiming they saw one of these endings as well. They can't both be true, so at least one of the endings has to be a lie.

Those who couldn't see it, should try to ask the guys in the theater to let you see just the end credits scene... If they are a little nice, they might let you...

When I saw IM, I think only two of us stayed all the way through for the post-credits scene. (I think 10-15 people were in the theater to start with.) And they kept the theater dark until it was all over.

People who work in the theater get to see movies early. If there's a post-credits scene, they'd know about it and would probably act accordingly. Actually, I think the only time they turned the lights up early for a movie I saw was a showing of TDK. And that was because it was 1am.

Well, it is confirmed that Xavier lived through it, though in the movie it seems he was torn to shreds by Jean's power. Why wouldn't Cyclops have survived the thing at Alkali Lake? We never actually see him die. Just his glasses floating around there. No body, no blood, no nothing. I believe he survived. However that went, I really don't know.

Cause Xavier has a mental mutation which makes him telepathic, and Scott doesn't? It's conceivable that Xavier could have transferred his mind into another person's body, because that'd be on par for his powers. Scott, not so much.

why are people panicking maybe we should actually wait for the actual theatrical release. They may be holding off on deadpool end seen till world wide release date on May 1st.
