American ISPs to launch massive copyright spying scheme on July 12

We should all go back to Netzero. Someone dust off the dial up modem.

No, we should all at least go back to fighting in the streets - if not further back.

These newer generation's could benefit from a total rebuild of all the streets and homes of America. It may be the only true and just way for the masses to reach the 125 year life span mark.

Ain't my damn roads and houses anyway, I didn't build 'em.

The hell are you on about?

Apparently this is only for Torrents. Have read else where that it is harder to tell what people are downloading via File Lockers. But for some reason its easier to tell what people are downloading via Torrents ?
Mostly. Much of the infractions are going to be found on those networks, because the nature of torrents allows you to see exactly what's being downloaded and who is downloading. So if you're active on PUBLIC torrent sites, I'd avoid that whole scene on July 12th. PRIVATE torrent sites are safer because there's a limited userbase that is allowed to connect to the torrents. The more exclusive the site, the better off you will be.

Of course, you could circumvent this headache altogether and invest in Usenet.

Which arrest or pushing of freedoms more than you do you want me to cite?

Push freedom son, it want's you dead.

Unfortunately for me, I believe in not only pushing the enemy but torturing and destroying them entirely as well. I suspect most people are not like me, and that's how I can advise that.

Woops.

If this is just for torrents then the industry is too late (again lol). Most sites are moving away from that technology to a new better one called magnets, which makes it practically impossible to track down a particular user.

I'm going to invest in a PVN. Looking around to see which would be best.

There's always Usenet I suppose.

I thought torrents were virtually untrackable....

I suppose there's always wi-fi in Starbucks.

FYI, I got a virus somehow that tricked my cable company into thinking I downloaded Transformers 2 and they shut off my cable. How they going to be able to tell the difference?
