(Yes, I created an account here just to whine in this thread.)
I preordered the BRJ from StatueToys on 30 October. Two weeks later they tell me it's been shipped (YAY!). I click on the tracking link and find that it's on its way to New Hampshire. Unfortunately, I live in California (BOO!). Off goes an email to customer service.
Five days later, still no response. I watch in amused horror as UPS tries to deliver to someone in NH, only to fail because the name doesn't match the address. StatueToys intervenes and sends them the correct address (YAY!).
Next day, it gets delivered. To someone in NH (BOO!). Another email to customer service is fired off.
Three days later I get a response, explaining that it wasn't my package at all, and that for some reason I was sent someone else's tracking info and my account was set to shipped by mistake. My BRJ was reset to "preorder", I was told, but looking at my order status now it shows... no status at all.
Possibly another email is in order. When are these things supposed to ship anyway?
