Anyone ever purchase movies from Amazons video on demand?

I was thinking about buying movies from them, and buying some movies that are cheaper than on dvd. I was wondering though, do I get to keep them forever, and watch them wherever I want? If so, I was thinking about getting an external harddrive for them. Also is the quality any good? Like dvd quality?

Yeah, you get to keep them as long as you buy the actual videos and not just the rentals. Quality was fine, pretty close to DVD quality if I remember correctly
