Comics Article on Siegel and Shuster's Forgotten Versions of Superman

Hi everyone

I just finished publishing an article for Suite 101 on all the different versions of Superman Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster created before finally coming up with the classic Superman we know today. You can find the article here: http://graphicnovelscomics.suite101.com/article.cfm/the_real_origin_of_superman

Hope you like it!

Interesting.

I always thought that the name 'Clark' came from 'Clark Savage' or, as he's better known, 'Doc Savage'. In fact, I think I'm right because Doc was referred to as 'The Man Of Bronze' and, as we all know, Superman came to be referred to as 'The Man Of Steel'.

and that the name 'Lois Lane' came from 'Margo Lane' of 'The Shadow' series.

Actually Clark Kent came from Clark Gable and Kent Taylor...
