Here's how it works:
In the petition box, type the letter 'J' (as in 'Jud'), then type a period (.) and write the answer to the question you will ask. If you're done with the question and there are still characters left in the petition, just type what's left of it (after putting another period I believe).
It's mainly so you can freak people out who are in the room with you. Say you're with a friend named Jennifer who was born in March. You could ask Jud what month your friend Jennifer was born in, but actually you would be typing the answer March in the petition box, so that when Jud answers, whatever you typed will come out.
