I got an Astro Bot game that came with my PS5. Is this the same game or does the version I got different (like a free demo or something)?

That was Astro's playroom, which was free and preinstalled on every Ps5. This is the sequel, named after the main character and came out this year

Different games. Astro Bot is a full price, regular game. Astro's Playroom comes with the PS5. It's more of a tech demo of sorts, letting you feel all the things they can do (especially the controller functions). It's a delightful, short game and I recommend giving it a go since it's free and all.
