I have cable I .m still building him up but keep him away from pvp otherwise he's ok to use in the main game just don't let him stay on to over drive . use it once if you get to that point but switch back to his default.

Punisher is good, but not great. His versatility makes him a fine choice for any non-boss mission and his many, many attacks make him fun to play. That said, ol' Frank's not cracking any top ten lists...

Rethinking my PVP strategy, who is a good counter to Dr. Strange?

Tacticians. I think Cap and Black Panther are the best against him. I have neither but my Dr Strange is always in trouble against them.

For PVP I use Wolverine and Dr. Strange, it's worked out pretty good so far.

I tend to always have a tactician i my team. I used Captain America for a long time and did okay with him against Strange. Now i'm using Emma Frost, and usually my first move with her is to either try to stun him or cause some mental anguish lol.

I have used Grey Suit Black Widow (tact naturally) for a long time in PVP, and whenever I see a blaster Dr. Strange I'd smile, because it is almost an automatic death sentence even if he has that shield up. GSBW can stun with Widowmaker, and does tons of damage (even more with Emma's Cosmic Power), and she gets two tries against blasters. It is almost not fair. Even if Dr. Strange is a tactician, though, using Widowmaker against him can almost ensure that he'd lose a turn, and now that he doesn't start with Power of Principles, he won't have extra turns to start with.

Yeah, I noticed that. Starting with the Power of Principles right away was a good advantage. I'm still going well with him, but he is always the most attacked member of my team.

Right now my PVP team is GSBW and Magneto with agent wearing blaster power armor, and I just faced a team with a bruiser power armor agent and X-23 and Infil Nightcrawler alt. Let's just say that NC wiped my entire team by himself after I killed his two teammates. I think NC may just be the most powerful hero in PVP right now, esp. if he got combat reflexes. I may have to remove all my tacticians because of him.

I'm bowing out of PVP for the time being, but I'll be working up my team of Heroic Age Hawkeye and Magneto. Had a few surprises with them. I might ditch Magneto for someone else, he the weak link atm.

Magneto is actually one of the most powerful tacticians right now, and even better after they fixed his AI and reworked his abilities. The fact that he has no weak moves and is immune to psychic attacks make him a great character to use in PVP, especially since Wolverine & X-23 are magnetized. Just don't let him run into an Infiltrator like NC, though.

I don't have that alternate but I've gone against him several times and he's an absolute PITA some matches.

I think BSQS is terrific, since I also have this alt (Generalist) and he can wreck havoc on opposing team. Many people like scrapper suit more but with this current domination of bruisers I feel safer using a generalist. I might ISO my QS into a better glass cannon, and increase his ATK, because I think his job is to soften up the opposition and let your heavy hitters finish them up. But make sure to give him a protector so he won't die in the first round.

Just made it to Diamond in PVP, lets see how long that lasts...LOL...I was barely able to hang on to it last time. Team right now is P5 Cyclops and HA Hawkeye (Loaded Quiver is a great ability). Using Mahayuga, Cosmic Flame, and Manvantara. Cosmic Flame and Manvantara work very well together.

I'm going to switch my PVP team to Capt. Britain and NC once Cap is leveled to 9 later today. I might also pair NC up with MB and explore the debuffs with paragons.

Update: I've set my PVP team as Capt. Britain and Swashbuckler NC, and they're not only deadly but also fun to play. However, I rely on debuffs to win and with all the Anglobob out there it's not always easy to make them stick around.

I'm loving Magneto, and i only have him at level 7 atm. He's fantastic!

I finally got Hank Pym yesterday, although i'm still crying due to all the gold and CP i had to invest to get Cable and Wasp . But i always rather make the effort to get the hero instead of just skipping with gold, because chances are i will need them down the line anyways. Now i'm going to save up to get Nightcrawler his alt uniform (and maybe Sif's and Black Widow), but mostly just focus on leveling up all of the lower level heroes i have. I dont want to get any other new ones right now.

Can't get through a whole PVE round without combat validation errors (6 within the last 2 days.) They started shortly after the new PVP season so it looks like another f-up by PD.

Is there any way to ''turn off'' your team in PVP while you're away? My victories during the day are worthless because, during the night, I keep losing more than 150 points. The AI must really suck controlling my team.

This way it'll be impossible to achieve something.

The only way to turn off the pvp is to have not joined at all. sorry if you want to win that both you heroes and armory need to be at high max level. I know that's more then what should expected of us who are still levelin up our characters. that's the way they made this game. I just try and make sure I stay in the silver area if I can't move any further.
