As much as I am happy to see Chris Evans back as Steve Rogers, I really hope that they don't undo his happy ending from Endgame.

I would be okay with Steve having to fight Dr. Doom in order to keep his happy ending.

The theory I'm going with is they're not undoing his ending in Endgame. Old Man Steve already experienced Doomsday / Secret Wars sometime after settling down with Peggy due to time travel shenanigans.

That would be my guess aswell, yes.
If they wanted to, they have a ton of Cap adventures to fill in the blanks, both during WWII in First Avenger and post-Endgame in the 40's/50's/60's/etc. It would be fun to have another period piece with Cap, I miss the adventure vibes from that first movie.

I really hope so. The last thing that I want is for them to give some convoluted reason that Steve has to sacrifice his happiness to undo whatever multiverse shenanigans take place in Doomsday and Secret Wars.

Yes as mentioned before, the English version of the trailer has now also leaked online. Thankfully the audio now really lives up to the lines being delivered while the quality of the image isn’t quite HD-like. Soon enough we should be getting just that.

This is pretty much what I'm thinking. His little teaser trailer was implying of him retiring as Captain America and settling down, but that obviously isn't going to happen.

Chris Claremont claimed back in April Downey will play both Doom and Iron Man in the new Avengers movie(s) for whatever it's still worth.

Just saw the Thor teaser . Hemsworth seems to be playing it with more seriousness once again. His performance in his prayer is more like he's found new purpose with his adoptive daughter love (amora) and want to shield her from having to live a life of consent battle like he had to endure.

That last shot with Cyclops is pretty great and makes the whole teaser. Explosive visuals trump exposition.

The other stuff is a bit more of the same, the X symbols, the mansion and even Professor X and Magneto, just that they are quite older looking as to be expected.
