I'm doing it all. Cleaning my arms with soap and water, a coating of alcohol to cleanse it, calamine lotion, wrapping it in gauze when I head outside to ride the subway to work. This has only been since Wed. so it's still early. The affected areas still "weep" lots of fluid, and so I keep them covered to prevent infection. It's just really painful since it's on both my forearms up to the elbow on one side. Sleep is hard too. I'm getting maybe 4 hours. Three fudging weeks of this.

Geez, I didn't know you could get a case that was that bad. You have all my sympathy. Would taking Benedryl help as well since this is like an allergic reaction?
