It's a good drawing, though I'm really not into the Thor as Jason look.

I'm about 99.9% sure that is a drawing of Casey Jones, from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

EDIT: Upon further review, I suppose it COULD be Buff Jason, missing his flannel shirt.

Casey's mask is usually more angular, and always has the slits over the mouth instead of round holes. Jason's mask always has that little triangle on the brow; Casey's doesn't. So it's probably Jason.

You are correct. I hadn't noticed that detail before.

But there are places almost exactly like this in Sri Lanka and south India.
