Canary kissed Bruce for congratulating Huntress on a job well done, with her work of giving him information on organized crime in Gotham, and how she later reveals that she and Canary took care of countless gangsters and assassins.

That was a pretty lame comment. The only thing lamer to say to a hot chick after she french kisses you is, "Gee, yer a swell lady."

It wasn't lame. He's Batman. Batman doesn't waste time on women, unless it's Catwoman, but that's a whole other story. Besides, Bruce Wayne gets enough play for half the men in Gotham. Bruce has all kinds of pointless sex and flirtation, because it's good for the mission. But Batman...Batman is almost always all business. It would be cool if he hooked with Black Canary though. She can handle herself. I think her relationship with Green Arrow, would be more entertaining than one with Batman though.
