Well Casey Jones have always been favaorite character frome the comics. I and heard that he might be in the film. I like to see what the artists did to Casey in 3D format.

I can confirm that he is in the film. He was in the reel of footage shown at Comic Con. It was one shot and he was wearing the hocky mask.

IMDB says he'll be voiced by Quinton Flynn. Take it for what it's worth.

Yeah, I've been REALLY hoping that Elias Koteas does the voice in this movie. Koteas has gotten to old to play the role in live action anymore, but since this is animation, he'd be perfect. Especially since this new movie is a sequel to the '90 film.

Sorry, I haven't heard it anywhere. That's just my hope. I was probably a bit unclear in my previous post.

I saw a pic of the film version of Casey Jones, and its definately interesting. He's sleeker and less bulky than he is from the 2003 cartoon, and his design reminds me a little of Marvel's Night-Thrasher. I hope he'll get some cool moments in this film. He's my favorite human TMNT character.

What's wrong with Marc Thompson's Casey Jones from the 2003 series? I though he sounded fine. He has a little bit of a "Nu Yawk pug" sort of accent going, but it seems to fit Casey to me. And it was different than Pat Fraley's "Clint Eastwood" impersonation of Casey from the original series.

We'll see when Flynn brings to the role.

I agree that it would have been cool if Elias Koteas reprised the role of Jones for a voiceover. I always felt his Casey, least circa the 1990 film, is rather underrated in the "geek circles".

My guess, the same reason any actor doesn't get picked up for the sequel. They want too much money. i.e. Vin Diesel with XXX.

They (critics / parents groups/ suits) thought he was too violent. Also why there isn't much weapons play in that one.
