I was gonna do this as a tournemant but im to lazy and Darth Vader would win anyway:o
So i chose two who are similar in that they doon't say much and are all about the visual and asskickery
Note:This is not a fanboy pissing contest about who would win in a fight.the writers would decide that:o
It's about which of these 2 badass Sci Fi villains you liked the best:)

VS

This is a very good comparison because they are both almost silent, ruthless grim-reaper types who really on incredible powers rather than size and muscles.

As much as I love the T-1000, Darth Maul takes it by a whisker. He's a perfect cinematic villain - he's so evil that he doesn't need to say anything or even do anything until the end of the movie. Ray Park, no matter what he does or doesn't do in the rest of his career, somehow elevates himself above so many other great bad guys with this performance. His screen presence is so powerful I've seen few others like it.

He's one of the few things in the prequel trilogy worthy of the original Star Wars trilogy - along with Qui-Gon, Count Dooku and the Duel of the Fates.

T-1000 is easily the better villain. Robert Patrick's ice-cold performance alone makes him the winner. The effects, and the writing for the character is just icing on the cake.

T-1000 by a mile. He actually had me scared ****less in the theatre when I saw T2 for the first time (I was in second grade back then).

Oh and another reason why T-1000 wins because the guy seems practically impossible to kill. Darth Maul was just some jedi you knew would be done with once you stick a lightsaber into him, but T-1000? Bust a shotgun cap in his face, unload every manner of ammunition into him, put him in an exploding truck or a crashing helicopter or even douse him with liquid nitrogen and he'll still keep coming after you. It's that sense of relentless pursuit that makes him such a terrifying villain. Oh and not to mention he's crafty as hell.

I have to go with Maul on this one. A living breathing villain who makes his own choice to be bad wins over a computer programmed to be.

:o Darth Maul would cut him to pieces with his double-bladed lightsaber. He would then use his Sith powers and put his remains in something really hot. Winner...Darth ''badass'' Maul.

I voted T-1000, but if a lightsaber's as HOT as they make it out to be in Episode 1 (let alone a double-edged)...But he'd still have to get THAT close to the T-100...Liquid Metal Man Wins!!!

That pretty much sums up why i love both but why i voted for the T-1000 by a hair:up:

Not a fight, just which character you like best

I'll still go with T-1000 then. Doesn't change my vote, only enhances it!

Darth Maul all the way! Heat is the only thing that hurts the T-1000 so the lightsaber would beat him, plus, Maul gots the force. He could just keep on force push the T-1000 into some hot lava or something.

T-1000, because as Phaser said, he's nearly impossible to kill.
