Your forms and sense of shadow look great! Your colors look pretty good, but they're at their best when used in a pop style (the Joker and big-head Spiderman have great colors, the Sinestro not so much). Your biggest weakness are your backgrounds. There's simply no sense of environment. In those sequancial pages at the top, I think they're in a cave, but I can't be sure. An ambiguous background can look great for pin-up shots, but for art that needs to tell a story, it only makes things more confusing.
