Best way to store comics to keep them clean and not take up much space

I have a lot of comics and trades and was just wondering what the best way to store them would be which would keep them clean and hopefully not take up too much space. The less space they take up the better, especially as my collection is still growing and ideally I do NOT want an entire room dedicated to comics. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks .

Bookcases/shelves are definitely your best bet. Not only you can store/display your trades like books, but you can fit in some long and shortboxes or those new drawer boxes for comics.

Or you can try to find drawers like this one (or custom build one):

Though, that one is more ideal for floppies than trades. Since you want to optimize space, I assume you won't be displaying much so go with the drawers. They're more appealing than a bunch of white longboxes laying around in your room.
