I feel like paying attention to casting rumors before an official announcement is a waste of time. The list of Black actors in the proper age/height/body/skin tone range AND that have a long enough resumé is relatively short. I guarantee you they've ALL done at least an audition, with probably a handful in serious contention. So if someone admits they met with Marvel/etc., I don't think it's really news.

I myself would prefer not to have scroll through pages and pages of speculation based on people who are NOT going to be in the film. Seems to happen a lot in these forums, but of course, I can't control that. I'd rather have news than stuff that's not news, is all.
