I don't think the outrage will be anywhere near the same. A lot of minds have changed in a very short period of time....I think.....I wouldn't be surprised to see Colin get a tryout with several teams and I think if they feel he can help him, he'll get a job. Call me naive, but......

I could see the NFL supporting Colin Kaepernick
and players with the cause but there will definetly be nfl fans bothered even more than last time. Maybe less people but still many wanting to boycott the league and rant about it all over again on youtube

The NFL is not going to do anything about Kaepernick. By an large, most of the owners are still Trumpers. They are only going to allow the kneeling because the NFL is facing an outright revolt from players and various other staff. Trump is still going to attack. And those still pissed at kneeling are not going to have their minds changed.

I've always been the optimistic type, but less.....a LOT less. The vast majority will want their football back and, while some will kick up a fuss, most will go along after seeing what's been happening.
