Apparently not. The original contract with Kane is somehow is still in force as long as he still has surviving family members.AFAIK, The only way Finger can get credit is if Kane's family gives permission, and apparently they refuse to do that, as that would mean they would have to share the profits with Finger's family. In the bonus comic book included with the original Batman Begins DVD set, Finger was given co-credit, supposedly Kane's family objected,and later editions had his name removed. At least that is my understanding, I could be wrong about that.
