Cameron Diaz will star in Columbia Pictures' raunchy comedy Bad Teacher, reports Variety.

To be directed by Jake Kasdan, the film concerns a foul-mouthed seventh grade teacher who is dumped by her sugar daddy and starts to pursue a colleague, which provokes conflict with the school's model teacher.

"The Office" writers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky wrote the script. Filming will start in the spring in Los Angeles.

So essentially cussing Cameron is the sales pitch.

Me and Mrs Eggyman watched There's Something About Mary last night, well, bits of it. I'm really not that keen on her - Diaz, not Mrs Eggyman. How can I not find a woman with a mouth that big attractive?! Something About Her just annoys me, too. I think she's full of herself. The concept sounds run-of-the-mill.

Lol! Her movie choices have been poor for quite a while but I always think she comes over like a fun person in her interviews, kinda moving her out of the linear "I'd pork her but meh" category.

I sort of expected someone else like Kristin Wiig or Rashida Jones. Maybe even Amy Poehler.

If a man can watch The Mask and not find her extremely bangable then they are not a man that is all I will say.

But this movie sounds pretty generic.

I sort of expected someone else like Kristin Wiig or Rashida Jones. Maybe even Amy Poehler.

They probably wanted to avoid obvious choices. Jones could have worked, if only for the fact that in addition to being funny as hell, she's long overdue a starring vehicle. They probably wanted an all-around actress that can be good at comedy, but not necessarily someone known as a "comedic actress".

Between the writers and Jake Kadsan directing (Orange County and The TV Set are both brilliant, IMO), I'm looking forward to this.

I always wondered how she changed so much since Mask. In the Mask, you can't deny that she was extremely sexy or...I would question your sexuality.

She's still attractive but...wtf happened?

Heck, that's what I was hoping the plot would be when I entered this thread.

Which would then cause the movie to make even MORE money at the box office. The more they protest, the more people are going to want to see what all the talk is about. You just can't buy publicity like that.

cursing makes a comedy 100 times better.

-Diaz looks 100% fake. plastic surgery is making her face looks puffy
-Segel is nothing special
-Timberlake could be interesting(doesnt change the fact that he doesnt know how to change hes singing voice)
